looking for previous olympus dm7 firmware version

hi all,
Been searching the net for the firmware for the Olympus dm7 digital recorder, prior to 1.10 without any luck. The last release was back in 2014, but I am looking for the firmware released before this. Anyone know if or where I could download this?
